This course takes a practical approach to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and concentrates on the identification of significant and critical failures, causes and their effects. It ensures that actions are identified as early as practical to ensure that improvements and changes can be timely and of minimum cost.
The key aims and objectives of the workshop are:
