Revised Machinery Directive Guide

The European Commission has now published the second edition (June 2010) of their guidance notes on the application of the new Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). The second edition now covers Annexes III to XI, along with errors in the first edition being corrected and legal references and terms changed in line with the Lisbon Treaty. The 2nd edition also includes a thematic index to facilitate consultation of the guide.
