April 2010 Energy Using Products (EuP) – Implementation measures on tertiary lighting, battery chargers and external power supplies Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) – Change in definition of dangerous substances or preparation in the UK WEEE Regulations Physical Agents (Artificial Optical Radiation -e.g. lasers) Directive – Implementation of how companies assess and control risks July 2010 Energy Using Products (EuP) – Implementation measure on domestic refrigeration and washing machines. September 2010 Energy Using Products (EuP) – Implementation measure on TVs October 2010 Whole Body Vehicle Directive – First stage comes into force for Minibuses, Buses & Coaches November 2010 Cosmetic Products Safety Regulations (Amendment) - Restricts the use and levels of certain chemicals
